Our founder, Luis Maciel, has spent his career helping companies bridge the gap between systems, strategy, and execution—earning trust as both a consultant and a collaborator.
Meet the Founder: Luis Maciel
20+ Years of Supply Chain & Technology Expertise
Luis’s career began as an ERP implementation consultant, specializing in the fresh produce and perishables industry—an environment where precision, timing, and compliance are critical. During that time, he led projects to modernize procurement, inventory, and traceability processes for growers, shippers, and distributors across North America.
As the industry evolved, so did his role.
Luis later joined Project44, a global leader in real-time transportation visibility, where he served as a Solutions Architect. There, he worked closely with enterprise clients across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to design and implement API-driven solutions for track-and-trace, exception management, and multimodal shipment visibility.
Most recently, Luis served as a Solutions Architect at Turvo, a collaborative TMS platform, where he partnered with product and engineering teams to design, deploy, and support complex integrations with shippers, 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse providers. His role was rooted in keeping the client experience front and center—ensuring that technology aligned with business goals, not the other way around.
